Terrible customers service received by Laiyla .She didn't have a clue,very unfriendly. I politely asked if she could call a colleague to help me because she was not able but she refused and got really annoyed.

I have spend thousands of pounds every year to” Screwfix” I recently visit there but there was no parking Available due to pure gym that’s why I parked my car outside screwfix Disable Bay, they send me ticket of £60 then changed into £100, I went to Screwfix because I am there customers they have to provide parking 🅿️ otherwise but there staff was unable to help, I am very upset now changes shop for future shopping tool station is barter at-least they have there own available parking, I am very upset from Screwfix and many of my friends get tickets same way on Screwfix

They had several types of a light bulb I needed in stock. I bought a pack and, checking them in the store, found I'd bought ones with the wrong power output. They were happy for me to return them & buy the right ones.

A great place to get essential supplies for diy or more professional renovations and building works. Conveniently there is a three loop toast rack for bicycle security outside of the gym adjacent next door, which is very helpful.

Can get a lot things you need for DIY. Staff are helpful at the counter. You can pay and collect in advance or pay when you reach there. There is plenty of parking spaces as well as other shops in the vicinity

Staff are very friendly and polite. Its a small store and can get re ally busy at times, and I think a better store layout would help. Click and collect could also be improved as I've purchased items online hoping I could jump the queue but still ended up waiting like everyone else to pick up my items.

Compared to other branches this one seems less organised. It's fine when the trade counter door is unlocked but be prepared to queue for the collection point. Although you can order and collect 'in as little as 1 minute', it doesn't take into account the 5+ minutes in the queue, especially at weekends!

If you can use other store, then do! The staff in this store is slower than snails, even if you order online to collect to have it quicker the staff takes forever to bring it. Not sure why collection and order in store are in the same queue? I’d assume online orders are meant for quick pick up and therefore you have separate queue system, not in this store!!
